Accessibility
When planning your visit to the Museum, make sure to learn about its architectural accessibility.

The building of the Museum and Memorial in Sobibór has been designed to cater for the needs of people with disabilities.

The floor in the information desk and bookstore, the exhibition space, and the education room is smooth and free of thresholds that could hinder movement. The building also features a restroom adapted for people with disabilities.

In the main parking area located near the entrance to the Museum building, there are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. In addition, visitors who need assistance navigating the exhibition space may borrow a wheelchair free of charge.

The walking paths within the memorial site, leading from the Museum building to the learing with the mass graves are covered with white, compacted gravel, which may make it difficult to navigate with a wheelchair that does not have pneumatic tires.
